Some staff will be moving around from 1st December, they are;
- Faeeza Rassool been promoted to the motor division following her approval as a compliance officer (under supervision)
- Maetheng Hlalele has been promoted to the broker division, although will continue to provide support to the motor division in the KZN region.
- Veronica Yawa has joined the support team within the broker division.
- Lindiwe Nkolonzi has been promoted to head up the UMA//Insurer support team.
- Whilst not moving divisions Pranisha Maharaj has also been approved as a compliance officer (under supervision)
The process from the clients perspective should be fairly seamless but there will be a need for a “handover” process, especially for tasks not yet completed by either the client or the FSB.
